Where we ship
We ship directly to all 50 US states from our warehouse in California.
International customers: we don't ship internationally from this store, but many of our products are also listed on eBay, where you can check out through eBay International Shipping. eBay handles the customs, duties, and international delivery — you pay once at checkout and your order is forwarded to you abroad. to see what's currently available, or contact us and we'll point you to the right listing.
Processing time
Orders ship within 2 business days of being placed (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays). In practice, most orders go out the same or next business day — we just give ourselves a buffer for larger or more complex shipments.
Carrier & methods
All orders ship via UPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Small parts (drives, modules, cables): UPS Ground, 2–5 business days
- Servers, switches, rack gear: UPS Ground, 3–7 business days
- Expedited (UPS 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air): available at checkout
- Freight: available on heavier orders; contact us for a custom quote
Tracking
You'll receive a UPS tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received one within three business days of ordering, email us.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and contents and email us within 5 days of delivery. If UPS marks a shipment delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us within 7 days and we'll open a carrier investigation.
